NSL visits the Marin Farmers’ Market

Do you know where your food comes from? NSL visited the Marin Farmers’ Market on a sunny Sunday morning looking to learn more about the lives of the farmers who bring us nourishing organic food. We also realized how important it is to use the time and space we have to cultivate some of our own produce. Personally experiencing the sense of well being and connectedness to Mother Nature that comes from digging our hands in the soil is a profound way to reconnect to our source. “Growing our own” can be spiritual, tactile, natural, healthy, fun, enlightening, joyful…
